Phase 1 Contaminated Land Assessment prepared providing clear and pragmatic advice regarding the nature and potential significance of contaminated land hazards which may be present at the site.

The site was used within an agricultural capacity and the development proposals comprise the establishment of community football pitches on-site. The preliminary risk classification of the site in relation to the proposed redevelopment was considered to be low with no immediate action required but recommended a watching brief observed during all proposed redevelopment would be sufficient.
