Keelan Serjeant BSc (Hons), MSc, MCIWEM

Keelan has over 20 years experience in flood risk management including flood modelling, water quality, drainage design and environmental consultancy. Prior to establishing KRS Enviro, Keelan worked with a number of multi-national consultancies throughout the UK. Keelan owns and manages KRS Enviro and is responsible for undertaking and overseeing a wide range of projects within the flood and water management sector.

Emma Serjeant LL.B, MSc

Emma began her career in the legal sector as a Solicitor in a large regional law firm in Yorkshire. Emma has been a part of KRS Enviro for a number of years and has gained a MSc in Flood Risk Assessment, Engineering and Modelling at Chester University with particular interest in sustainable drainage. Emma has recently conducted in-depth research into the implementation of the new Sustainable Drainage Standards in Wales. The research was the first to explore the implications of this new framework on the implementation of sustainable drainage practises and investigate the understanding of SuDS policy in Wales.
