A Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy for a residential development of 40 houses. KRS Enviro undertook the BRE 365 Soakaway Tests to inform the Drainage Strategy.  The Report was prepared to comply with the principles of SuDS presented in the Defra non-statutory technical standards for SuDS, and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) .  The Report included baseline data on flood risk from the Environment Agency, rainfall data from the Flood Estimation Handbook (FEH) and hydrogeological information from the British Geological Survey (BGS).
