Flood Risk Assessment for a residential development situated within Flood Zones 2 and 3. The land had been subject to substantial flooding incidents upstream and downstream of the site due to capacity issues in local sewers, watercourses, culverts and overland flows.

KRS Enviro carried out detailed hydraulic modelling to produce a Flood Risk Assessment and foul and surface water drainage strategy addressing the flood risk to the site and existing properties in the vicinity which provided mitigation for the flood risk and compensation for any loss of floodplain. KRS Enviro also carried out the Sequential and Exception Tests and the Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan for the site.
