Grane Road, Haslingden

Flood Risk Assessment for a low rise residential development. The proposals were to daylight the existing culvert with re-alignment works to Swinnel Brook forming a new open channel over the full extent of the site.

The proposed daylighting of Swinnel Brook was informed by Hydraulic Modelling and a Fluvial Geomorphological Assessment. A separate Sequential and Exception Test Report was also undertaken.
